Club of the Year Award

County Center Rotary is honored to receive almost every year one of the “Clubs of the Year” award for District 5230.

We read to elementary kids; mentor middle school, high school, and college-aged students; clean up highways and parks; house oversea students; help with Habitat for Humanity projects; feed the hungry; and, give thousands of dollars in scholarships. We have partnered with Rotarians in Uganda to provide microcredits to women to help them survive poverty and we organized a tree planting event in the Sequoia National Park and planted 1307 trees!! For two years we have helped sponsor a water project in Thailand. We also sponsor Interact Clubs and a Rotaract Club.

We are a people of action. We are proud to be Rotarians and honored to have been named “Club of the Year”.
